So what's this place all about, you might ask ... Well, as far as we can make out, it's just somewhere to record for posterity stuff which, over a period of 9 or 10 years, has amused, enlightened, shocked, awed, and entertained the residents of usenet's alt.drunken.bastards and the undernet's #adb; in addition to perhaps providing a memory jogger for ... hmmmmmm.....

The site has recently been horribly neglected but then I remembered I was supposed to do something with it or not or something.

Drunken Bastards come and go, as do their contributions to the web, and because we have better things to do with our time than check every link on every page, there will no doubt still be a lot of dead ones. Also some drunks don't pay their hosting bills on time, apparently. Sometimes they aren't dead, we just typed them poorly because we were drunk when editing and forgot a letter or misplaced a punctuation mark. This is where you can help by emailing the webmasters if you can find them, so they can be sorted out when we don't have to cover one eye to properly see the monitor.
