This is the fun part and also the part that requires most patience and dexterous hands, but using the recommendations in this La Folia Project the results can be easily attained.

The woofer conductor design must fulfill the following general design shown in the diagrammes.

This explains also why the speaker works, see how the conductors between each magnet have the current flowing in the same direction, use the general three finger rule to determine the force on the membrane, change the polarity and the force is 180 degrees shifted, thus the speaker membrane move out and in as would be expected...
