Why isn't my banks bill pay payment showing up on my account?

I made a payment using my banks bill pay but it isn't showing up on my account.

1. Bill pay payments are received in two different ways.
   1. Check
      1. Postal mail is picked up every Monday morning.
      2. Payments are entered Monday afternoon.
      3. Payments should appear on your account by the Tuesday at least one week after you mail your payment.
   2. Direct Deposit
      1. Information on payments included in a direct deposit are received the day after the deposit is made.
      2. If your payment has not been recorded within a week please submit a ticket.
