I bought this in the summer time and spent a lot of time in it. The thing I don't like about this hammock is how fast the stand rusts. I haven't had it for 6 months and the stand already started to rust.

Edit: The customer service from this seller is AMAZING. They contacted me directly and were able to send me a brand new hammock for free! They contacted me again to make sure that I received the new hammock and stayed in touch. I am shocked, as you don't seem to get very good customer service anywhere anymore. I'm extremely impressed by their actions and I would 100% buy from this seller again.

Update- the customer service has been amazing and very responsive. Company tried very hard to ensure customer satisfaction.

This one looks like the one sold at Costco but it is not as well built. The frame feels sturdy when in use but when not in use, the frame wobbles quite a bit. The finish on the metal and the fabric is not as nice as the one I bought from Costco. It also rusts a lot more.
You get what you pay for as this one is cheaper.

Relaxation at its finest!! This product comes with a colourful hammock, hammock carry bag, steel stand and steel stand carry bag.

The stand and hammock can be set up in 5 minutes or less!!

Customer service is also exceptional! I had one issue with the product and they were quick to respond and went above and beyond!! Excellent customer service.

I highly recommend this product for any form of relaxation anywhere you want to set it up! Excellent for the beach of setting up in your living room or backyard.

Great price point for what you receive if your hammock is made correctly. I will be buying a different hammock soon though because the way the ends are made, it is lopsided and unless you lay funny inside the hammock you feel like you will fall out. The one side of "rails" are definitely looser, and I thought it would loosen with use on the other side but its actually gotten worse with the use (canvas stretching?) I'm not past the return day by 2 days - hoped I'd be able to exchange the hammock part....

If you see my photos, the right side has longer ropes holding the hammock and how diagonal I need to lay to remain in the hammock

Ya une vis qui peut frotter dans le cordage si monter trop loose mais sa prend 10 sec a le rajuster la vis aurait juste pu etre plus coute

We bought two of these hammocks. We put them together a few weeks ago and are very happy with them. The frame is the same as you would by for much more money. The actual hammock is good too, a little thinner than other more expensive hammocks. I have no complaints about either item. We leave them at our cottage and put them away when we leave. The carry/storage bags are very handy for this purpose. It's easy and quick collapse and set up. Two people can comfortably fit in it, as long as you are not laying with you head and feet by the hanging part, it's too squishy. You have to lay the other way to be comfortable.

This is a great hammock and stand for the price. I don't like that the frame didn't come with instructions (although super simple to set up once you look at all the parts). I also don't like that the hammock itself only stretched to the first hook on day one, 2nd on day two, and 3rd on day 3. It had too much 'give' and I ended up using a different hammock, but LOVE the stand. I had 3 (approx 150lb) people in it at a party- no issues. I use it as an indoor lounger in front of my fire place- it's the best.
