  • Sangria -
Sangria is a classic pitcher drink, and can be modified endlessly depending on your predilection for brandy and other spirits. A basic recipe runs as follows - 1 part brandy to 3 parts red wine, 2 parts orange juice and 2 parts soda water. Add ice and stir well before serving in tumblers.
  • Moscow Mule -
The Moscow Mule is a refreshing long drink that works well in a pitcher. The ratio is 2 parts vodka to 1 part fresh lime juice, ½ part sugar syrup, 8 parts ginger beer and Angostura to taste (probably about 12-15 dashes per pitcher). Add some mint leaves and ice, and serve in ice filled highballs.
  • Long Island Iced Tea -
The standard recipe is as follows - 1 part each white rum, gin, vodka, tequila, Cointreau, sugar syrup, 2 parts fresh lime juice, and as much Coke as you think you need to dilute it - maybe 8 parts? Add all of that to a pitcher, as well as plenty of ice. Serve in ice filled highballs.
  • Rum Cobbler -
Add 2 parts dark rum to 1 part fresh lime juice to ½ part sugar syrup to ¼ part grenadine to a pitcher, add plenty of ice and stir well. Serve in ice filled tumblers.
  • Basic Pimms -
Add 3 parts Pimms No. 1 to 1 part gin, and 3 parts lemonade in a pitcher. Add ice, mint leaves and sliced strawberries, stir well, and serve in ice filled highballs.
